Veterinary Services

  • Referrals

All Veterinary Behavioural specialists agree that medication alone can not solve behavioural issues.

It can be hard to find a trainer who shares your concerns, knowledge of pharmacology and medical conditions that may impact behaviour.

We will work with you as a Veterinary professional.

We collaborate with many Vets and understand that you only have 15-20 minutes per client when people come with their annual list of concerns.

We provide a detailed assessment of the behaviours identified in the home space and an overview of our training plan for your client.

Allow us to provide the practical aspect of support for your behavioural cases and let’s aim to keep pets healthy and in their homes.

“Alicia is the most kind hearted person who is extremely committed to helping families with pet behavioural issues. Alicia explores the underlying cause including human behaviour, then applies a personalised plan for the family and pet to work on together.

  • Puppy class Program

Do you have a puppy class program?

When was the last time you reviewed the material?

Are your clients and their pets getting positives out of it?

Do your staff have adequate training in puppy psychology to help your clients?

We can help your staff improve your puppy class hosting skills.

Puppy class can be fundamental in building a positive relationship with your client and their puppy.

Still, it can also lead to prolonged trauma for some puppies if your team members are uneducated in more advanced aspects of dog and puppy psychology.

We help create the right programme for your clinic with your branding.

We tutor and supervise your staff while they conduct Puppy classes.

You are giving them hands-on learning and skills to build on the future growth of your clinic and generate client retention.

  • Staff Training

Along with 19 years working in the Veterinary industry, we have additional experience training and teaching humans too.

We can work with your staff on animal restraint and handling techniques workshops to increase efficiency and reduce injury to staff while reducing stress for your patients and clientele

Do you dread your small piranha patients? Have that client that needs a full GA for a nail trim? Do you find your cattery can turn into a war zone with one hostile visitor?

    We can help.

We look at assisting your staff with education in animal behaviour and help create strategies to mitigate these issues from the front reception team to back of house.

We hope you can see how our combination of animal health knowledge and practical training can be combined to generate business for your clinic when a pets behaviour is affected by their health.

Our goal is to help the animal as a whole not just their behaviour and we hope this is evident.
