Cat Services

  • House Call for Cats

The house call is the best place to start with our service. You might only need us once, and that makes us happy.

We travel to you and meet and assess your animals’ behaviours in their home.

We look at your pet’s life with a holistic approach, going over all aspects of their care, lifestyle, behaviour, and interactions with the whole family (including other pets).

Cats have a different functioning brain than a dog. They can show stress in different ways. They tend to go inwards and become more aloof when stressed.

Inappropriate toilet behaviours and destruction of furniture are some of the common reasons we assist with cats.

We also treat inter-cat aggression or cat-to-human aggression cases.

Prices from $150 depending on location, number of pets, behavioural condition and request for a written report

  • Formal Behavioural Assessment for Cats

We provide independent behavioural assessments to aid people and pets under investigation by Councils.

If your pet has been subject to a nuisance complaint or is at risk of being classified as Dangerous or Menacing, we can provide an independent assessment for your appeal hearings.

*Note - We remain objective in these assessments, and the results may not always favour the animal or situation. We are an ethical organisation and want everyone to stay safe.

We provide honest guidance and assistance demonstrating your willingness to work with your local council and resolve issues.

We provide a complete written report for any hearings involving your pet.

If the animal fails to pass, we can provide solutions to assist you in rehabilitating the animal (if possible).

Prices from $450 depending on location

  • Kitten / Cat Selection and Introduction

Looking to get a new addition to the family but don’t know where to start.

Don’t want to buy from a kitten mill?

Don’t know how to tell if a kitten or cat is healthy?

    Don’t want to be scammed?

Would you like someone to come to meet the breeder?

Want to go to a rescue organisation and see a mix of cats and find the right one?

Do you have an existing cat and want it to love the new kitten or puppy?

Not sure what pet will suit your needs?

How do I transition the kitten/ cat into our home?

We assist with working out what is the best breed for you. For example, if you like a quiet home, a Siamese is not for you because they are one of the most vocal cat breeds.

Most people don’t know that creating one negative interaction when new animals are introduced can create lifelong animosity between those cats in the home. It may lead to unwanted stress on the animals for life.

This is where we can help get you on the right path to create a happy and content feline household with a positive integration into the family.

Prices from $80 depending on the level of need and locations to attend.

  • Online consultations for Cats

We conduct online tutoring for clients, not within our area or those who have had a house call and would like follow-up assistance without needing the hands-on approach.

We can view you training your pet in real-time or see behaviours expressed without a stranger in the home.

It’s an excellent education method for people who would like to chat and get direct information about their problems if they feel they can work on it on their own or need a way to fine-tune their pet’s behaviour.

The price is $80 for one hour. Additionally, a personalised action plan can be provided for $40
